Is there parking on site?
Yes! The Fisk building has a large parking lot. For events there is extra parking in the satellite lot or street parking.
is a photographer included with the rental?
No, It is BYOP (Bring your own photographer). But, our in house team does offer Photography and Content Creation as an add on. Please reach out for availability before booking your studio rental.
What is your cancelation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancelations made 48 hours before of your session, 50% when canceled within 48 hours and no-refund for 24 hours or day-of cancelations (All of this can be found in our terms of service).
A 50% rescheduling fee if notice is less than 48 hours before scheduled rental.
do i need insurance?
While we prefer you provide a certificate of insurance, those who do not have insurance are required to sign a waiver for everyone in your party.
